Shipping and Delivery All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to your invoice. Orders received after 4:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the following day. Special Orders will be shipped 24 to 48 hours after receipt of order. All orders are shipped commercial ground carrier unless you specifically request Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Delivery. We ship from both our Florida and California warehouses.
Returns 100% satisfaction guaranteed! To make a return or exchange, please call our Customer Service Department for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be charged. Product must be unused in the original package, currently manufactured, and returned within 90 days. If you received merchandise as a result of an error or the product is defective, please call Customer Service immediately. We will issue a call-tag to pick up the product. There will be no re-stocking fee charged.
Product Warranty Ongoing Care Solutions / neuroflex, offers a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects for the metal and/or plastic portion of the product. If any modifications are made to any splint, it immediately voids all manufacturing warranties. No exceptions. Soft goods are guaranteed for six (6) months. Once deemed defective, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion.
